Starting with rest and renewal, the programs are curated to meet you where you are on your journey. There are times in life when we are in overwhelm, unable to hear ourselves think, and finding even 15 minutes seems impossible.

The Me-Time Toolkit is a 4-week framework designed to help busy women find small pockets of richly-layered time, to calm your nervous system, and connect more deeply with yourself and your own inner knowing.

Each week is marked by a daily, purpose-filled 15-minute pocket of time. Each week has a different theme, coupled with a different purpose. Each week ends with a short but reflective homework assignment, submitted for acknowledgement and feedback.

In this guided journey, we walk you through short time-outs where you first exhale; be still, reflect, and hear yourself think. A digital detox is the ground work for opening to more peace, clarity, joy and fun. We seek Beauty, inside and out, which becomes a healing balm for overwhelm or anxiety. The 4 weeks culminate with curiosity, creativity and “breathing new life into”. All of this serves to bring you into richer layers of ease, strength, deep knowing and self-expression, which you will be able to access at a moment’s notice.
